We want you to be completely satisfied. Below you will find the refund eligibility windows for each service we offer.
New shared hosting accounts are eligible for a full refund within the first 7 days from the date of purchase, provided no violations have occurred.
Refund within 24 hours of provisioning if the server has not been accessed or configured. No refund once the server has been deployed and accessed.
Domain registrations are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered, the registry fee is incurred and cannot be recovered.
Refunds are available if the API account has not been activated and no messages have been sent. Contact support within 24 hours of purchase.
Refund within 24 hours of activation if the service has not been used. Monthly subscriptions cancelled mid-term are not eligible for partial refunds.
SSL certificates are non-refundable once issued, as the costs are passed directly to the certificate authority.
Email [email protected] with your registered email, order/invoice number, and the reason for your refund request.
Our billing team will review your request and verify eligibility based on this policy.
We will email you with the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, or card) used during purchase.
